I wanted some flowers delivered to my sister was in the Hospital. Their delivery person called me and told me there was no patient services at that location! I gave the wrong address when I placed my order. She offered to make the delivery later ON HER OWN TIME if I could get her the right information! My sister, who is very sick, called me later that day to thank me. She said many people that evening had come into her room to ask/comment about the beautiful flower arrangement - She really enjoyed them! I had them add a few extra flowers ;) A++ OUTSTANDING Service
